About Firefly

Firefly Center for Art & Wellbeing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering creativity, connection, and wellbeing through arts-based and community-centered programming.

Use of Our Website

By registering for or participating in Firefly programs, events, classes, or workshops, you acknowledge that:

  • Activities may involve creative, physical, or emotional engagement

  • You are responsible for determining your own comfort level and participation boundaries

Firefly strives to create welcoming, inclusive, and supportive spaces. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our community values.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in arts, movement, or hands-on activities may involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your involvement and release Firefly from liability to the extent permitted by law.

Payments, Registrations, and Donations

  • Fees for programs, rentals, or events are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable

  • Refund policies for events or classes will be communicated at the time of registration

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. Firefly does not store full payment information.

Facility Use & Rentals

Use of Firefly spaces (gallery, creative spaces, meeting rooms, or other facilities) is subject to:

  • Approved reservations

  • Posted guidelines or rental agreements

  • Reasonable use that respects the space, artwork, and others

Firefly reserves the right to deny or revoke facility use if terms are violated.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All website content, text, images, logos, and materials are owned by Firefly or used with permission

  • Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent

Participants retain ownership of their own creative work unless otherwise agreed.

Photography & Media

Firefly may photograph or record programs and events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. Attendance may imply consent unless otherwise stated.

If you have concerns about image use, please contact us and we will work with you respectfully.

Limitation of Liability
